Board of Management
As a governing body, the managing board of itec systems AG is bound to the corporate interests and committed to enhance the sustainable enterprise value. The chairman of the executive board coordinates the fundamental principles of the corporate policy.
The most important responsibilities of the managing board include the business strategy, the determination of the company budget and the distribution of resources. Its members publish quarterly and annual financial statements for the company and appoint staff to the most relevant positions in the company.

Chief Executive Officer
Christian Luelf studied economics at Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel. He is a founding member of itec systems AG and board member since 2000.
Annette Tillmann
Chief Financial Officer
Annette Tillmann studied law at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University of Bonn. Having completed her studies, she worked for an international auditing and consulting company within the area of transactions. Mrs. Tillmann was appointed to the board of itec systems AG in January 2011
