DIN EN ISO 9001:2008

The itec systems AG has established a Management and Quality Management System and was certified by the "Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen" (DQS) in all category groups of the Quality Management System in February and March 2012. 

Achiving this certification (registration number: DE-490160 QM08) of the standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 confirms that itec systems AG meets the requirements and claims of their customers as well as their own claims. The intention of the establishment of a Quality Management System was to ensure quality as its best for customers as well as initiating a continuous improvement process. With the established, certified and lived Quality Management System itec systems seeks a permanent improvement of quality and performance of their adduced services. The scope of the certification includes the "Design, Consulting, Training and Delivery of complex ICT-Services, specifically Service Desk, On-Site Support and Managed Services" as well as "Distribution, Installation and Technical Support for Hard- and Software."

SCHUFA Privacy Seal

The members of itec systems AG have developed a particular awareness with respect to the topics of data protection and IT security, due to their daily work within the field of banks, industry and medium-sized companies.

Since August 2010, itec systems AG has been certified with the SCHUFA privacy seal as one of the first businesses in Germany by  SCHUFA Holding AG.

The SCHUFA privacy seal guarantees itec systems AG and its clients that customer data is processed in accordance with the maximum safety standards:

  • Top-level standards as to data protection and security
  • Compliance with all legal stipulations.

ITIL - IT Infrastructure Library

itec systems AG follows the best practices of IT Service Managements according to the ITIL® Framework. On principle, only the members of a company can be certified as “ITIL compliant“ and not the company itself.

All the project and team managers appointed and many of our personnel employed within our Outtasking ServiceDesks, are certified with the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in accordance with the ITIL guidelines.
Moreover, several ITIL Experts (Expert Certificate pursuant to v3) and ITIL Service Managers (Manager Certificate pursuant to v2) are employed with the company.
