We, itec systems AG, take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly observe the regulations stipulated by the data protection acts, in particular the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG). Personal data is captured by this website only to the extent to which is it technically required. Under no condition will the captured data be sold or disclosed to third parties for other reasons.

You are generally free to use our online presentation without disclosing your personal data. However, the loading of our website causes our servers to store data for security reasons such as the name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us, the websites you visit through us and your IP address. This data could possibly allow for identification, however, it will not be evaluated in relation to individuals. The data may be evaluated for statistic purposes, whereby the single user remains anonymous. As far as data is disclosed to external service providers, we have ensured that the data protection regulations are adhered to, by means of technical and organisational measures.

The data base and its contents remain with us and our provider. We will remain in control and keep responsibility for the utilisation of the data you submitted to us.
